Egg is a healthy diet to all age groups that will help to grow up healthy and strong. Eggs are a very good source and nutritious source of high quality proteins, vitamins A, B6, B12, D, and E, choline, selenium, and minerals such as iron, copper, and zinc. Eating egg everyday in any form like boiled egg or omelet, etc., will definitely keep you strong, fit, and healthier.

Here are some simple, spicy, yummy, and delicious egg recipes:


1. Spicy Egg Masala Curry – Egg Masala Curry is a spicy and delicious main dish recipe.

Ingredients:


Boiled Eggs – 4

Turmeric Powder – 1 Tablespoon

Green Chillies – 4 (Chopped)

Onions – 1 (Finely Chopped Large Onion)

Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1 Tablespoon

Tomatoes – 2 (Finely Chopped)

Coriander Powder – 1 Tablespoon

Red Chilli Powder – 2 Tablespoon

Garam Masala – 1/2 Tablespoon

Tamarind Pulp – 2 Tablespoons

Coriander Leaves – As Needed

Curry Leaves – As Needed

Oil – 3 Tablespoons

Salt – As Needed


Preparation Method:


First, take a pan and keep it on the stove and light it. After the pan gets heat, add 1 tablespoon oil, 1/2 tablespoon turmeric powder, salt as needed and mix it and now add four boiled eggs and fry them by mixing until the color of the eggs changes to golden brown color on medium flame. After the eggs turns into golden brown color, remove them from the pan and keep them aside.

In the same pan add two more tablespoons of oil. After the oil gets heat, add four chopped green chillies, curry leaves, and finely chopped onion and allow them to cook on a medium flame. After 2 minutes, add ginger garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes. Now add finely chopped tomatoes, salt as needed, mix them well, cover the pan with a lid and cook them on medium flame until the oil floats over. Remove the lid, add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, and garam masala powder and mix them well and cook them for 2 minutes on medium flame. Now add tamarind pulp, mix all ingredients well, and cook it for 2 more minutes. After 2 minutes, add one cup of water and salt as needed, mix well, and cook it for 5 minutes until the curry gets thickened. After 5 minutes, add fried eggs and cook for 3 more minutes on a low flame placing the lid on it so that the fried eggs observe the curry contents into it. Now switch off the stove and add finely chopped coriander leaves and transfer it into a serving bowl. Now, tasty, spicy, and delicious egg masala curry is ready. Egg masala curry can be enjoyed with combination of rice, roti, chapati, or naan.


2. Spicy Egg Fry – This is a simple and delicious side dish. It can be prepared easily and quickly.

Mustard Seeds – 1/2 Tablespoon

Cumin Seeds – 1/2 Tablespoon

Onion – 2 (Finely Chopped)

Green Chillies – 2 (Chopped)

Turmeric Powder – 1/2 Tablespoon

Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1 Tablespoon

Red Chilli Powder – 2 Tablespoons

Coriander Powder – 1/2 Tablespoon

Garam Masala – 1/4 Tablespoon

Coriander Leaves – As Needed

Curry Leaves – As Needed

Oil – 5 Tablespoons

Salt – As needed


Preparation Method:


First, take four boiled eggs and cut them into small pieces. Now, take a pan, keep it on stove, and light it. After the pan gets heat, add oil. After the oil gets heat, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, onions, chopped green chillies, curry leaves, and salt as needed and fry them until the color of the onions changes to golden brown on medium flame. After onions turn into golden brown color, add turmeric powder, ginger-garlic paste, mix them well, and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Now, add red chilli powder, coriander powder, egg pieces, and salt as needed and mix them well and cook them on low flame for 3 minutes by placing lid on the pan. After 3 minutes, remove the lid and sprinkle garam masala powder and mix them. Lastly, add coriander leaves and mix them once, switch off the stove, and transfer them into a serving plate. Tasty, spicy, and delicious egg fry is ready. This spicy egg fry can be served as a side dish.


3. Spicy Egg-65 – Egg-65 is a delicious and spicy starter and a snack recipe.

Boiled Eggs – 2

Red Chilli Powder – 1 Tablespoon

Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1/2 Tablespoon

Garam Masala Powder – 1 Tablespoon

Corn Flour – 3 Tablespoons

Breadcrumbs – 2 Tablespoons

Green Chillies – 1 (Finely Chopped)

Curry Leaves – As Needed

Coriander Leaves – As Needed

Chilli Sauce – 1 Tablespoon

Tomato Sauce – 1 Tablespoon

Soya Sauce – 1 Tablespoon

Vinegar – 1/4 Tablespoon

Salt – As Needed

Oil – As Needed for Deep Fry


Preparation Method:


First take the boiled eggs and cut them into half, remove yellow and keep yellow aside, and cut the egg white into small pieces. Now, take a bowl, add the egg white pieces, salt as needed, red chilli powder, 1/2 tablespoon of ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, corn flour, breadcrumbs, and oil 1 tablespoon and mix them well. The egg mixture is ready. Make the egg mixture into small balls and keep them aside. Now take a pan, keep it on stove, and light it. Add oil into the pan as needed for deep fry and heat the oil. After the oil gets heat, put the egg balls into the hot oil and deep-fry them on low flame until the color changes to golden brown and transfer them into a plate and keep them aside. Now take another pan, keep it on stove, and light it. After the pan gets heat, add 1 tablespoon of oil and heat it on low flame. After the oil gets heat, add finely chopped green chillies, curry leaves, 1/2 tablespoon of ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, red chilli powder, and salt as needed and mix them well. Now add green chilli sauce, tomato sauce, soya sauce, vinegar, salt to taste, and a little bit of water and mix them thoroughly and allow them to cook for 2 minutes until the mixture gets thickened. Now add the fried egg balls into the pan and mix them well and cook them for 2 more minutes on low flame. After 2 minutes, add chopped coriander leaves, mix them well, switch off the stove, and transfer into a serving plate. Tasty, yummy, and spicy Egg-65 is ready. Egg-65 can be served as a starter or as a snack with a combination of sliced onions and lemon juice sprinkled on it.
