Enjoy Passover Rolls with this Easy Recipe

Are you tired of eating Matzah as the days go on during the week of Passover? Wouldn’t you like a soft roll instead? With this recipe you can. Surprise your family by baking up a batch of these and serving them fresh right out of the oven.


Cook Time

  • Prep time: 15 min
  • Cook time: 45 min
  • Ready in: 1 hour
  • Yields: 1 dozen large or two dozen small

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Matzah Meal
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 2/3 cup Butter
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 3 Eggs

Instructions

Heat in saucepan one cup of water and butter until the butter is dissolved.

Add salt and sugar and stir until mixed.

Add one cup of Matzah Meal.


Reduce heat add eggs one at a time to mixture until thickened

Drop spoonfuls of batter unto greased cookie sheet or shallow pan.


Bake at 350 degrees until brown.
