This is a perfect treat for those hot summer days. You can use a variety of fruit so be creative. Kids will love this healthy frozen goody!

Yields: 6 Skewers

Ingredients

  • 6 bamboo skewers
  • 1 cup fresh fruit pieces (berries, grapes, pineapple chunks), Can substitute with your childs favorite fruit
  • ΒΌ cup plain yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons honey

Instructions

  1. Pick out pieces of your favorite fruit and place on skewers.
  2. Freeze the skewers in an airtight container or a zip-top bag for at least 5 hours until frozen solid.
  3. Just before serving, mix together yogurt and honey. Serve with frozen skewers.
