Tools That You Will Be Needing For Perfect Fries!

So , of course for this recipe you will be needing some tools which are optional but if you want perfect fries you will be needing them :

  • A french fries cutting machine ( you can also use knife but for best result use machine)
  • A deep frying machine (you can also use pans but for better result use deep frying machine)

I have given the link where you can buy these tools for best results!

SO LETS GET STARTED!

You Will Need These..

  • 3 large potatoes, peeled
  • 4 tablespoon sugar
  • a pinch salt
  • 2 cups vegetable oil
Prep time: 35 min
Cook time: 15 min
Ready in: 50 min
Yields: Serves three people.
  1. Cut the fries using machine or knife ( for better result use machine )
  2. Soak these fries in cold water for 10 minutes.
  3. In another bowl add water into it and add four tablespoon of sugar (you can also add honey in it) and let the sugar dissolved in water.
  4. When the sugar is dissolved add those fries from cold water into this mixture for about 10 minutes.
  5. After 10 minutes take all the fries out of the water and let it dry on tissue paper and then refrigerate it for 10 minutes , in this way the fries will become more crunchy.
  6. After refrigerating fries , heat the oil in a deep fryer or in the pan and then put these fries into the hot oil.
  7. Take a spatula and start tossing the fries so that it won't stick. Make sure that the heat must be at medium level.
  8. When the fries are tender perfectly , increase the level of heat and start tossing until fries turn into golden color.
  9. Take the crispy fries out of the oil and let them dry on newspaper (fries won't stick on newspaper) you can also use tissue paper.
  10. And your crispy MacDonald fries are ready to serve.( serve hot with ketchup or any other sauce)

Welcome to hubpages. Needless to say I love french fries, who doesn't, but my body does NOT! I never order it when eating out, but when my hubby has some on his plate, I do pick one or two!
