Fresh Green Beans Fried in Butter

- seasoning
- seasoned salt
The first picking of garden beans created the need to cook them.
According to my daughter, sauteeing them is the answer. So, that's what I decided to do. Cut ends off beans. Discard ends.
Melt some butter. Place one bean in the pan. When you can hear the bean, it's time to add them all to the pan. Stir. Make sure that they are all coated with butter.
Cook for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with Mrs. Dash. Sprinkle Hunters blend.
I checked the temperature of the beans. They were 185 degrees Good enough! Yummy!
