There is no explanation required about "Chinese Fried Rice". It is famous all over the world. But as we Indian like spicy food, the "Chinese Fried Rice" we make are also bit spicy. Here is the recipe for Indian Style "Chinese Fried Rice".

Yields: 4 Person

Ingredients for Chinese Chicken Fried Rice

  • 4 cups rice, steamed (add orange food color)
  • 250gm chicken, boiled
  • 1/2 cup carrot, diced
  • 1/2 cup peas, boiled
  • 1/2 cup beans
  • 1 cup spring onion
  • 1 cup cabbage
  • 1 tsp ginger, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp green chilli, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Red chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Schezuan sauce
  • Red color
  • to taste salt
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/4 tsp Aginomoto
  • 1/4 cup Corn

Instructions for Chinese Chicken Fried Rice

  1. Take a pan. Add oil to it and heat it.
  2. Now add chopped ginger and green chili to it.
  3. Add all the vegetables and chicken (shreaded into small chunks) to it. Then add schezwan sauce, red chili sauce, soy sauce, aginomoto, salt and red color.
  4. Mix it properly and then add steamed rice to it. Cook it for 5- 10 mins.
  5. Garnish it with spring onion and serve it with some hot soup!
