Glossy Chocolate Frosting‏

Today my grandson asked his mother to help him make some cupcakes so he can impress the girl that he likes he is 11 years old so everything was going fine the cupcakes came out really well until his mother pulled out a jar of frosting.

My grandson asked his mother what is this he went on to explain that everyone uses this frosting and he wanted to be different so my daughter brought him over to my house and he explained what he want so I took him into the kitchen and we went to and this is the recipe we use.

Glossy Chocolate Frosting

4 squares of bakers chocolate, melted

3 cups of sifted confectioner's sugar

3/8 cup of boiling water

1 tablespoon of butter

1 teaspoon of fresh vanilla

Methods
Melt the chocolate. Sift the sugar into a mixing bowl, pout on the boiling water, and stir until the sugar is thoroughly dissolved. Blend in the chocolate, butter and vanilla. If too stiff, add a little more hot water blend really well let it cool and then start applying your frosting to what ever your frosting.
