Fruit Milkshakes, The Most Delicious And Nutritious Health Drinks
Fruit milkshakes are the blend of iced milk, sugar, fresh fruits and necessary flavors like strawberry, vanilla and chocolate. Grapes and Orange Milkshake
Ingredients
Milk 2 cups
Orange slices 2 cups
Grapes 2 cups
Vanilla essence Reqd.
Sugar 2 tbs
Ice cubes 1 cup
Blend well all above things in a blender to get smoothy form of orange grapes milkshake. You can add crushed ice cubes when it is ready for serving.
Banana and Strawberry Milkshake
Ingredients
Milk 2 cups
Banana slices 2 cups
Strawberry slices 2 cups
Strawberry essence Reqd.
Sugar (if necessary) 2 tbs
Ice cubes 1 cup
Put everything in a blender or mixi except ice cubes and beat them gently until you get
smooth and frothy form of milkshake. Then add enough crushed ice cubes and serve it.
Jack Fruit Milkshake
Ingredients
Milk 2 cups
Jack Fruit slices 2 cups
Honey or Sugar 1 tbs
Ice cubes 1 cup
Jack is one of the sweetest fruits growing in tropical countries. We can add either sugar or honey to increase the taste. Bend gently everything in the blender and then add crushed ice cubes to serve.
Sapota Fruit Milkshake
Ingredients
Milk 2 cups
Sapota slices 2 cups
Sugar 2 tbs
Ice cubes 1 cup
Sapotta is also one of the sweetest and cheapest fruit easily available in tropical countries. Blend everything in a mixe and then add enough crushed ice cubes. Now the delicious Sapotta fruit milkshake is ready to serve.
Mixed Fruit Milkshake
Milk 2 cups
Orange slices 1/2 cup
Pineapple slices 1/2 cup
Grapes 1/2 cup
Banana slices 1/2 cup
Vanilla essence Reqd.
Sugar 2 tbs
Ice Cubes 1 cup
Take everything in a blender and beat gently till you can get frothy and most delicious mixture of mixed fruit milkshake. Later you can add enough crushed ice cubes to make it chill.
