How to make Sweet Laddu?

Green gram laddu
Let's see the recipe to prepare a laddu with green gram.
Ingredients
1. Green gram - ½ kg
2. Raisins - 2 dtsp
3. Cardamom powder - 1 tsp
4. Cashew nuts (finely chopped) - 3 dtsp
5. Ghee - 1 tbsp
6. Sugar - ½ kg
7. Water - as required
Preparation and Cooking
1. Roast green gram, grind well and make a fine powder.
2. Heat 1 tbsp of ghee, add raisins and cashew nuts into it and roast.
3. Melt sugar in a heavy bottomed vessel with minimum amount of water and make a thick syrup. Stir it well in a medium flame until all the water contents evaporate.
4. Add green gram powder, roasted raisins and cashew nuts into the syrup and mix well.
5. Then add 1 tsp of cardamom powder and put off the flame.
6. When the mixture is warm enough (should be sticky, otherwise it may break), make small balls of lemon size out of it.
7. Laddu is READY!
8. Store in an air tight container.
Dry fruit laddu

1. Ripe dates (seedless) - 100 g
2. Cherries - 25 g
3. Cashew nuts - 25 g
4. Ground nuts - 25 g
5. Ghee - 2 tbsp
6. Cardamom powder - ¼ tsp
7. Raisins - 25 g
8. Sugar - 5 tsp
Preparation and Cooking
1. Chop dates into small pieces.
2. Add the other ingredients, one by one, and mix well.
3. Make small balls out of it. Dry fruit laddu is ready! So simple! Try it!
Semolina- Pineapple laddu

Ingredients
1. Pineapple (small) : 1 no
2. Semolina : ¼ kg
3. Sugar : 50 g
4. Cardamom powder : ¼ tsp
5. Gingelly : 1 tsp
6. Ghee : 4 tbsp
7. Water : ¼ cup
8. Raisins : 25 g
9. Cashew nuts : 25 g
Preparation and Cooking
1. Slice pineapple into small pieces and cook well for 10 minutes to make it pulpy. Keep aside.
2. Add 50 g of sugar into ¼ cup of water and boil well to make sugar syrup.
3. Heat 2 tbsp of ghee in a vessel and cook ¼ kg of semolina in it, in a medium flame until it turns light brown colour.
4. Roast gingelly, raisins and cashew nuts in ghee and keep aside.
5. Then add the cooked pineapple pulp into the sugar syrup and mix well.
6. After that, add the roasted semolina in small amount and mix with the pineapple-sugar syrup mix.
7. Then add the roasted gingelly, raisins and cashew nuts to this mixture and make small balls (of lemon size) out of it.
8. Semolina-Pineapple laddu is READY! Try it!
