Great recipe for the fall Pumpkin Pie Cake

This recipe my mother Jean made Pumpkin Pie Cake

Hi Gardening Friends

Here is a great Recipe for you to make in the fall. My mother Jean used to make this recipe all the time in the fall around Halloween and Thanksgiving.

Here is the recipe hope you try it and make it for your family and they all enjoy it.

Pumpkin Pie Cake

1 Box Yellow Cake Mix

(Remove 1 Cup-Set aside for Topping)

1 Egg

1 Stick Oleo

Mix together press into greased and flour 9 x 13 inch cake pan.

Then take-large can of pumpkin

3 Eggs beaten

1/2 Cup Brown Sugar

1/2 Cup of White Sugar

2/3 cups of canned milk (evaporated)

1 1/2 Tablespoon of Cinnamon

Mix altogether-Beat Well

Spread over cake mix

Take the 1- cup of reserved cake mix

Add 1/4 cup of Sugar

1/2 stick of Oleo

Crumple Together - Spread over pumpkin

Bake 350 degrees 50 minutes
