And here is the recipe for herb flavored butter:
- 120 g of clarified butter
- 1 bunch of aromatic herbs to taste
- grated zest of 1 lemon
- juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and Pepper To Taste.
Soften the butter, keeping it out of the fridge and work it with ointment. Add the chopped herbs, the juice and the grated lemon zest. Flavoured with salt and pepper, mixing carefully.
Wrap the flavoured butter in abundant tinfoil by rolling it into a cylinder shape. Store in the refrigerator and measure out on occasion.
