Chocolate pudding

Ingredients

1. Maida - 1 cup

2. Powdered sugar - ¾ cup

3. Baking powder - ½ tsp

4. Milk - ½ cup

5. Coco - 2 tbsp

6. Butter - 2 tbsp

7. Vanilla essence - 1 tsp

8. Chopped cashew nuts - 1 tbsp


Preparation and Cooking

1. Mix butter and powdered sugar well and make a smooth paste.

2. Add 1 cup of maida flour and 2 tbsp of coco into it and mix it well.

3. Add ½ cup of milk into it and make a paste. Mix well.

4. Then add the remaining ingredients into this mixture excluding cashew nuts, one by one, and stir well.

5. Transfer it into an oven-proof dish, pre-coated with butter.

6. Spread the chopped cashew nuts on the top of the mixture.

7. Bake for 40-45minutes at 1800C. Chocolate pudding is READY!

Ingredients

1. Pineapple - 1 kg

2. Coconut chips - 1 cup

3. Butter - 3 tsp

4. Milk - 2 litres

5. Sugar - 1 kg

6. Egg - 4 nos.

7. Bread - 4 slices

8. Cardamom powder - ¼ tsp

9. Cherries - as required


Preparation and Cooking

1. Slice the pineapples into small size and keep aside.

2. Beat the eggs well and add 1 kg of sugar into it. Then beat it again for 5 minutes.

3. Soak the bread slices in ¼ litre of hot milk for 15 minutes.

4. Heat 3 tsp of butter in a heavy bottomed vessel and add the pineapple pieces and coconut chips into it.

5. Then add the beaten eggs and the remaining milk (1¾ litre) and boil them in a medium flame until being cooked.

6. Add ¼ tsp of cardamom powder and the milk-soaked bread slices into it. Stir well.

7. When the whole contents become thick, put off the flame and transfer it into an oven- proof dish, pre-coated with butter.

8. Spread the cherries on the top of the mixture and bake for 20 minutes at 1800C.

9. The delicious pineapple pudding is READY! Let it cool and serve.

Ingredients

1. Potato - ½ kg
2. Boiled milk - 2 litres
3. Sugar - ½ kg
4. Condensed milk - 250 g
5. Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
6. Maida - 200g
7. Baking powder - 1 ½ tsp
8. Salt - 1 pinch
9. Butter - as required
10. Water - as required


Preparation and Cooking

  1. Slice the potatoes into small size and cook them well with water.
  2. Smash the cooked potatoes into a paste. Keep aside.
  3. Grind 1 litre of milk, 250g of condensed milk, ½ kg of sugar and the smashed potatoes well in a blender.
  4. Transfer this mixture into a bowl and add 1 tsp of vanilla essence to it. Mix well.
  5. After that, add 1 ½ tsp of baking powder and 1 pinch of salt into the maida flour and mix well.
  6. Then add maida flour into the grinded mixture in small amounts (otherwise, it may clog) and mix well.
  7. Transfer the whole mixture into a baking tray, pre-coated with butter, and bake it in the oven at 1800C for 45 minutes.
  8. When it is ready, demould the custard into another tray or plate and cut it into small pieces of desired shape (square or triangle) and serve.
