- 1/4 Cup Sugar
- 3/4 Cup Lukewarm Water
- 1/2 Cup Cornstarch
- 2 Cups Fresh Coconut Milk (or Canned), (If you use canned Coconut Milk use 1/3 to 1/2 Cup Sugar instead)
- In a large mixing bowl combine Sugar and Cornstarch and mix. Add in water and stir until dissolved, then set aside.
- In a pot heat up the Coconut Milk until warm through and add in the previous set aside mixture stirring until it thickens (5 to 7) Minutes. Pour into an 8 Inch pan and refrigerate for approximately 4-6 hours.
- Cut up into small squares and enjoy the taste of Hawaii! :)
