Heavenly Chocolate Cream Pie
Everybody loves chocolate. Children love it, adults love it, lovers love it. Chocolate candy is the top seller for Valentine's Day. The pie is frozen so it's cool on the tongue and silky and pretty to look at. After all, we all know that we eat with our eyes first. Our eyes tell us whether we even want to try something. You will have no problem wanting to eat this pie.
You don't have to bring out your hand mixer, the wire whisk is all you need. I used a pie shell that I baked first but if you don't even want to do that, you could use a graham cracker or cookie crust shell bought at the store. It will be just as good.
It will go in the freezer when done so it's a good pie for the summer but since it's chocolate, it's equally good any other time of the year. It's a good dessert for company or when you are invited out to a friends for dinner or a nice gesture for a new family just moving in the neighborhood. If more people did this, everyone would be a lot nicer. I hope you enjoy this pie as much as my family did.
