Homemade Shake N Bake Pork Chops

Yields: 1 pork chop per person


  • 4 bone in pork chops
  • 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs, you can use panko
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/8 tsp lemon pepper seasoning, if on hand use it
  • oil, for a shallow fry
  1. Mix the breadcrumbs, cheese, and seasoning together then coat the pork chops evenly on both sides. Let the chops sit while the oil is coming to temp. Add 2 garlic cloves to the oil while it is coming to temp. After the garlic has browned remove from the oil and add the pork chops. Depending on the size of the skillet you can fry the chops all together. I had to do fry in 2 batches. Serve with stove top stuffing and a vegetable. Or serve with applesauce. Delicious either way!
