Homemade Vitamin Water or Fruit Water
To maintain a healthy lifestyle, you should drink 8 cups of water per day. That is not an easy task for me and often I find myself dehydrated. Vitamin water is expensive and this is an easy way to make your own so you can save money and drink 8 glasses of vitamin water or fruit water per day. It is all natural and much healthier for you than juice because there is no sugar added.
- 1 lemon, sliced
- handful frozen raspberries
- handful mint, chopped
- Put cold water in a glass pitcher or ice tea maker.
- Add the sliced lemon and frozen raspberries. You can add fresh raspberries, strawberries, lime, orange, or whatever fruits you may have in your fridge. Add the chopped mint.
- Refrigerate overnight and the next day you will have your flavourful and colourful vitamin or fruit water.
