Hot Broccoli Cheese Dip
3/4 cup butter
3 stalks thinly sliced celery
1 medium onion chopped
1 4 oz can sliced mushrooms,drained
3 tablespoons flour
1 can 10 1/2 oz Campbell's condensed cream of celery soup
1 garlic cheese roll (5-6 oz) cut up
1 10 oz package Green Giant frozen broccoli spears or chopped broccoli,thawed
In Small Skillet melt butter and saute celery, onion and mushrooms.
Stir in flour.Turn into lightly greased Crock-Pot; stir in remaining ingredients.Cover and cook on High,stirring about every 15 minutes, until cheese is melted.Turn on Low for about 2 hours or until ready to serve.Serve hot with corn chips,raw cauliflower,carrot strips,celery strips and radishes...
