Here I'm going to teach you exactly how to cook a shrimp. Yes I'm going to teach you how to cook a shrimp. In fact a very delicious shrimp that your going to remember for a long time. Shrimp that will be so tasty and delicious. And so easy to cook and prepare. Have you ever had tempura shrimp or tempura shrimp and vegetables? If so tell us about it below now.

And here we are going to be cooking tempura shrimp and serving it with tempura vegetables. And we are going to make a delicious tempura dipping sauce to dip our tempura shrimp and vegetables in. This is a really simple and easy recipe that you can make and have ready in just a few minutes. And its so delicious.

In order to make your tempura batter your going to want to place a quart of water in the freezer and almost freeze it. You want it not to be frozen but you want it very cold.The very cold almost frozen water is what will really make your tempura batter work.

In a blender combine 4 Cups Flour , 2 Large Eggs , and 2 Cups very cold water and blend until very well mixed. Pour out into a bowl large enough to hold it and be sure if possible to use a metal bowl that has been in the freezer for a minimum of 4 hours. Add more icy cold water if your batter gets to thick.

You want shrimp that has been shelled and deveined. Drop your shrimp into the batter a few at a time and then drop them into a 350 degree deep fryer and fry until golden brown.

You can drop broccoli , mushrooms , onion rings , and squash slices into your tempura batter and fry until golden brown to be served with your tempura shrimp.

This makes a delightful delicious meal that everyone loves and you also want to make the below tempura dipping sauce to dip your tempura shrimp and vegetables in .

Tempura Dipping Sauce.

In a saucepan you will want to combine 2 cups of dry sherry , 1 cup of soy sauce , and 4 tablespoons of brown sugar and heat to a boil and turn off at once. Serve in very small bowls along with your tempura shrimp and vegetables.
