How To Make Vanilla Pudding & Lotus Cookies Dessert
Ingredients:
1 Instant Vanilla Flavored Pudding Package
2 sweet whipped cream
Half a cup of milk
2 tablespoons of lotus spread
1 pack crushed Lotus cookies
Small cups to fill
Preparation:
1. In a mixing bowl put the pudding, cream, milk, and lotus spread.
Whip until a shiny and stiff mixture is formed.
2. In the cups, sprinkle a layer of crushed lotus cookies on the bottom. Then put a little dose of the pudding mixture on top and again sprinkle a layer of crushed cookies.
3. If it is A small cup, only one layer of the pudding is enough, if it is a larger cup, two layers of pudding can be made.
4. The top layer can also be expected with chocolate icing over the crushed cookies, but there is no obligation.
5. Keep in the fridge until served, it is advisable to prepare and serve on the same day so that the crushed cookies do not soften from the moisture of the pudding.
