Gulab Jamun Recipe is a dessert from North India. This dessert I love the most, Gulab Jamun is made by adding a little maida to mawa, and also making Gulab Jamun by mixing mawa and paneer. Gulab Jamuns are made good in both ways, today we will make Gulabjamun by mixing Mawa and Paneer, so let's start quickly, Gulab Jamun.

Gulab Jamun is one of India's most popular sweet. These deep-fried dumplings/donuts made of dried milk [khoya] are dipped in a rose-cardamom flavored sugar syrup and make quite a treat. In India, you would find gulab jamun at every wedding, party, birthday and festivals.

1 cup of milk powder
2 tablespoons flour used for all purposes
½ teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon semolina

2 spoons ghee is enough to make whole milk stained flour

For sugar syrup

Cup sugar

Cup of water

A few drops of lemon juice

A little saffron

Oil for frying

Gulab Jamun Recipe

Dip the semolina in a cup of water so that it becomes soft.

Combine milk powder, ghee, baking powder and flour in a pan

Take out the excess water in the semolina dipped in water and mix it in the pan. Rub the mixture thoroughly with your palms, and make sure the mixture is well mixed. Do not let the mixture knead

Add a sufficient quantity of milk to the mixture so that the mixture becomes slightly thick. Later, cover it with a towel and keep it aside for at least 30 minutes.

Later, you can make balls by moving small balls of the mixture, taking the mixture in your hands a little, and moving it between your palms. Place the prepared ball in a plate

Heat the oil on high heat and reduce the flame after some time

Now pour the balls slowly in the hot oil one by one. They will sit on the bottom of the pan as soon as you add but do not try to remove them from there

Instead, try to shake the pan by shaking it. And after 5 minutes, the balls will automatically start coming up

Now take a spoon and shake the balls slowly in hot oil. This will give the space of the ball from all sides
Keep in mind that if the flame of gas is too high, then your balls can break even in oil.
That is why, while making Gulab Jamun, take care of the heat and keep doing it from time to time and make sure that the balls of Gulab Jamun do not break.

Balls can be fried well in low heat

Frying on a slow flame, the Gulab jamun balls will cook well and will also brown and not break.

Keep in mind that the balls should be cooked well and do not remove them from the oil until they turn brown.

Recipe for sugar syrup

The sauce should be prepared well in advance and kept warm

To make hot sugar syrup, add 2 cups of sugar to 2 cups of water.

Now add 4-5 cardamom seeds, now add some saffron

Now stir the mixture well with a spoon and heat it for at least 5 to 10 minutes until the sugar mixes in the water.

Don't heat it too much so that the sugar turns brown. And finally, put some lemon juice drops in it so that your sauce is not frozen after it is made

Now put this hot Chasani in the serving dish. Now put the fried Gulab Jamun balls in the hot sauce

For best results, let the Gulab Jamuns remain in the hot sauce overnight. Later you can serve them and eat delicious Gulab Jamuns.
