Gulab Jamun Recipe
Dip the semolina in a cup of water so that it becomes soft.
Combine milk powder, ghee, baking powder and flour in a pan
Take out the excess water in the semolina dipped in water and mix it in the pan. Rub the mixture thoroughly with your palms, and make sure the mixture is well mixed. Do not let the mixture knead
Add a sufficient quantity of milk to the mixture so that the mixture becomes slightly thick. Later, cover it with a towel and keep it aside for at least 30 minutes.
Later, you can make balls by moving small balls of the mixture, taking the mixture in your hands a little, and moving it between your palms. Place the prepared ball in a plate
Heat the oil on high heat and reduce the flame after some time
Now pour the balls slowly in the hot oil one by one. They will sit on the bottom of the pan as soon as you add but do not try to remove them from there
Instead, try to shake the pan by shaking it. And after 5 minutes, the balls will automatically start coming up
Now take a spoon and shake the balls slowly in hot oil. This will give the space of the ball from all sides
Keep in mind that if the flame of gas is too high, then your balls can break even in oil.
That is why, while making Gulab Jamun, take care of the heat and keep doing it from time to time and make sure that the balls of Gulab Jamun do not break.
Balls can be fried well in low heat
Frying on a slow flame, the Gulab jamun balls will cook well and will also brown and not break.
Keep in mind that the balls should be cooked well and do not remove them from the oil until they turn brown.
