How to Make Golden Cabbage Stir Fry

Hey guys, I'm not exactly a foodie, but once in a while I like mixing up ingredients and the outcome is always amazing!

So.....today I want to share with you my cabbage stir fry recipe that tastes so yummy, it will have you licking your fingers unselfconsciously. Lol.

Another great thing about this recipe is that it takes a very short time to prepare and you can whoop up a batch in 20 minutes or even less.

Here are the Ingredients You'll be Needing for Your Golden Cabbage Stir Fry

Ingredients

- 1 Large Cabbage
- Sardine (Corned Beef Alternative)
- Olive Oil
- 1 Large Carrot (Optional)
- Tumeric
- Salt
- Seasoning

Great Meal

Golden cabbage stir fry makes for a great dessert and can also be taken as a snack.

Preparation

- Wash your cabbage and carrot, shred and set aside.

- If you're using sardine, mash into bits and also set aside.

- Place a saucepan on medium heat and pour in a little olive oil.

- Allow it heat up for a minute, then pour in your shredded cabbage and carrots.

-Stir fry this for a minute, then add in a little salt to taste and your tumeric.

- Let it fry for two minutes and lastly, pour in your mashed sardine or corned beef.

- Stir this in for five minutes and take the saucepan off heat. Your magenta cabbage stir fry is ready to be eaten.

I didn't use carrot for mine as I forgot to get some from the market. However, it adds to the taste so you should totally add some to your own recipe. You can eat it as a stand alone meal or as a condiment to be eaten with other food types like bread or rice
