How to Make Your Own Cappucccino Mix

Updated on March 26, 2011

It is very easy to make your own cappuccino mix, plus it doesn't cost nearly as much as those at the grocery store. Store the unused mix in an airtight container.

If you are looking for some fun homemade gifts to give away, this mix also makes a great gift. All you have to do is put the mix in a decorative container, such as a jar, bottle, bag, or box. Then, add a "how to use" label. You can also find some neat cappuccino cups to give along with the mix!

More suggestions:

  • Want to make it decaf? Use decaffeinated coffee granules.
  • Want to make it vegan? Look for nondairy chocolate milk mix.
  • Want to specialize the flavor? Try using different spices. (If you experiment with spices, let us know how it turns out by leaving a comment below.)
  • Want to make it festive? Add some peppermint or cinnamon sticks to the mix.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup powdered, nondairy creamer
  • 1 cup instant chocolate milk mix
  • 2/3 cup instant coffee granules
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Directions:

  1. Combine all of the ingredients and mix well.

To Serve:

  • Add 3 tbs. of the mix to 3/4 cup of boiling water.

  • Stir well.

To create a perfect gift, pair the mix with:

Thats a great one Stacey I will try, I just drink regular coffee with Bodum Coffee maker. Instead of the creamer, can we use just plain milk?

Yes, I use milk with my hot chocolate mix, so it should work for this too.

It can 100% be from your page or blog. I've got the RSS feed from here to our romance eBook sqiuodo. If a page I made was completely unrelated to the site then I would probably find a relevant feed to use. My next article will be on hubpages and I have a nifty RSS trick you may enjoy.

I'll watch this later when my internet is more coeivratpoe. I attempted squidoo once and their interface was less than user friendly so I left the project while I still had a few hairs left. Maybe now with your video I'll be able to figure it out. Thanks!!

Haha! I don't know that you complain about evnetyhirg, but I DO know that you are a very inspirational American expat who has a lot to offer in the ways of improving the American image. I'm stuck on the idea of leading by example, I think it's my mantra for the year. So I think you've got what it takes to be a pretty phenomenal leader in this department
