How to make a Cream Pie?

If you want to prepare a cake that whole family will enjoy, then this is a recipe for you. It is soft and delicious and what is most important - it's quick and easy to make.

Yields: Serves six people


  • six yolks
  • one egg
  • 24 tablespoons sugar
  • six tablespoons flour
  • one baking powder
  • one tablespoon oil
  • six white of egg
  • four vanilla pudding
  • four glasses (o,2 dl) water
  1. Crust: Blend in 6 yolks and one whole egg with six table spoons of sugar. Add one table spoon of oil, 6 table spoons of flour with one baking powder. Combine all of that using a blender. Bake at 180 degrees until the crust becomes golden brown. When it is baked and slightly cooled cut it in half.
  2. Filling: Blend in 6 egg whites with 18 table spoons of sugar. In a deeper dish put four glasses of water to boil. Then add four vanilla puddings which are stirred in cold water. Cook them until they thicken. In scrambled egg whites add hot vanilla pudding. All of that combine with blender. After that put half of the crust and on it the entire filling. Cover with the other half of the crust. Sprinkle the cake with vanilla sugar or with powdered sugar. Bon appetit!
