Soybean Curry

Soybean Curry

Soybean is rich with protein and it is very cheap. So it is called "meat of the field" or "meat without bone”. Protein in soya has the ability to control cholesterol and blood sugar. Soya promotes ovulation and regulates menses in women and also prevents osteoporosis. Even though most of us avoid it just because of the awful taste of soybean. Here I introduce a tasty spicy soybean curry

Soybean - 2 cup

Onion - 2 nos( cut in to small piece)

Ginger - A small piece ( paste)

Garlic (paste) - 1 tsp
