Rice is a delicious staple if cooked the right way, it 's not good when it's over cooked or under cooked, if it cooked correctly, it will really  be enjoyed by everyone.

In Hawaii we use rice cookers and it usually comes out perfect. But I wish I knew your secret before I got my ricecooker. Vinegar - who would have guessed. I'll try it in the ricecooker and see what happens then. Thanks.

The vinegar does work well, I think it also helps stop it from sticking to the pot.

What does the vinegar do to the rice? This is my very first time hearing of adding vinegar to water while cooking it.
