Vegetable Stock is normally used in Vegetable Soups, Stews and Sauces. This is quite easy to make. Given below is the Recipe of the same.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup chopped Potatoes

  • 1 Cup Cabbage

  • 1 Cup Onion

  • 3 Cups of Water

Method of Preparation

Cook the vegetables till tender in 4 cups of water. Once done drain and separate the liquid. This liquid is called vegetable stock and can be used in soups, stews etc.
