Cake
Boil the milk, and when it starts to boil, add the flour and sugar.
Stir continuously with a tel. Simmer on low heat until thickened.
Put the juice and lemon peel, mix well and leave to cool.
After it has cooled, mix until it becomes fluffy and mix with lemon cream.
Leave it in the fridge.
How to prepare the sheets
The ammonia is put in the yogurt and left aside, to swell.
Mix the butter with the sugar, add the egg and yogurt.
Place the flour in a deep bowl, pour the mixture and knead a dough, which does not stick to the hands.
The dough is divided into four pieces of equal size.
Each piece of dough is spread on a baking sheet, placed in the pan and bent from place to place.
Place the tray in the preheated oven at 180 degrees and bake for about 15 minutes or until it begins to brown.
Cook all the sheets, then leave to cool.
How to assemble
Put the first sheet in a tray or on a platter and add 1/3 of the cream.
Continue with the rest of the sheets.
Coconut is sprinkled over the last sheet.
Cover with a food foil and leave to cool overnight.
The next day is sliced and served.
