Juicy and Delicious Burgers!

Yields: 4 burgers (1-2 per person)


  • 1 1/2 lbs 80/20 ground beef
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • dash salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp barbecue sauce, your choice
  • 4 buns
  • fixings to go on burgers
  • 4 slices provolone, your choice on cheese
  1. Preheat a skillet on medium-high heat. In a decent size bowl mix the beef, chili powder, paprika, salt, garlic powder, and barbecue sauce... just until combined. Form four decent size patties and set aside. Add some butter to the skillet and melt. Add the burgers and cook about 15-20 minutes or until done to your liking. when they are done add a slice of provolone (or any cheese) to the top of each burger. We had some leftover pepper, mushrooms, and onion so we cut them into strips and sauteed them to add to the burgers. Cook about 10 minutes or until veggies soften. Serve burgers with french fries, chops, pasta salad, or potato salad.
