How is it?

Well, honestly, it wasn't that bad.

Were the eggs "fluffy" - not quite. Microwaves really don't do eggs that nicely.

Was it tasty? Yes, actually it was quite good.

Would I eat it every day? Probably not. But once in awhile, it is a nice break from your regular meal.

There are varieties that come with onions and peppers, sausage and tomatoes. You could probably add your own ingredients if you wish.
