Key Lime and Gingerbread Pie
Try this delicious pie at your leisure at a party or small family gathering, easy to make and a good combination for dessert! I made up this recipe from scratch and getting to know the combination that worked took a little trial and error. The gingerbread goes well with the prepared pie filling sort of like a Christmas dessert. It doesn't need any baking and if you want it set up like cheesecake put it in the freezer for an 1hr. and a half.

- 1 Can Mussleman's Key Lime Pie Filling
- 1 Cup Gingerbread Cookie Mix (Duncan Hines)
- 7 sticks Piruline (chocolate wafers), Crushed into small bits
- 1 Graham Pie Crust (Keebler)
- Mix together the pie filling with the gingerbread cookie mix in a bowl , set aside.
- Crush Pirouline sticks and sprinkle on bottom of pie crust. Pour in the pie filling and chill for 4 hours until set up. Enjoy!
