LASSI COOLER

LASSI COOLER

This refreshing and cooling drink is traditionally served as an accompaniment to hot indian curries, perfect to cool the heat down.

SERVES 2

YOU WILL NEED:

* A food processor

* 100 ml/ 3 1/2 fl oz of natural yogurt

* 500 ml/ 18 fl oz milk

* 1 tbsp of rose water

* 3 tbsp of honey

* 1 ripe mango, stoned and diced

* 6 ice cubes

TO DECORATE THE TOP

* edible rose petals or mint leaves (optional)

METHOD

Pour the yogurt and milk into a food processor and process gently until combined. Then add the rose water and honey and process unjtil thoroughly blended, then add the mango along with the ice cubes and process until smooth. Finally pour the mixture into 2 seperate glasses and decorate with either edible rose petals or mint leaves (optional, you don't have to use either if you don't want to)

Time to chill and be cool
