Three Bean Salad

Ingredients:

  • Kidney beans - 1 cup cooked
  • Yellow snap beans - 1cup cooked
  • Green snap beans - 1 cup cooked
  • Green pepper - 1/2 cup sliced
  • Yellow pepper - 1/2 cup sliced
  • Garlic - 1 clove, minced
  • Onions - 3/4 cup sliced
  • Sodium free salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Vinegar - 2/3 cup
  • Olive oil - 1/4 cup
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 teaspoon.
  • Pepper - 1/8 teaspoon
  • Dash of turmeric

How to make three bean salad

Blanch the beans and add kidney beans to the mix. Now add the peppers, garlic, onions, sodium free salt, oil, worcestershire sauce and mix well. Let it stand for 15 minutes. Delicious three bean salad is ready. Such a simple yet delicious recipe for you to try at home.
