  • Kidney beans - 1 cup cooked
  • Yellow snap beans - 1cup cooked
  • Green snap beans - 1 cup cooked
  • Green pepper - 1/2 cup sliced
  • Yellow pepper - 1/2 cup sliced
  • Garlic - 1 clove, minced
  • Onions - 3/4 cup sliced
  • Sodium free salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Vinegar - 2/3 cup
  • Olive oil - 1/4 cup
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 teaspoon.
  • Pepper - 1/8 teaspoon
  • Dash of turmeric
