Meatloaf Infused With Kimchee
- 3 pounds 73/27 ground beef
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup frozen carrots
- 1/2 cup green pepper
- 1 package Lipton soup mix, beefy onion
- 2 cups kimchee
- 1/2 cup onion
- 12 ounces mushrooms
Toast and chop:
- 2 slices potato bread toast
- 1 tablespoon hunters blend seasoned salt

Toast and Chop Bread
I have checked the temperature periodically. About every 10 minutes. Needs to be 165.
The next check will probably be the one.
I better get a cutting board out to set it on.
