Schezwan Dip - Momo's Chutney

Ingredients
- 5 red chilies
- 2 large tomatoes, roughly chopped
- 1 tablespoon garlic, thinly chopped
- 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon black pepper powder
- 2 tablespoons tomato ketchup
- 2 tablespoons soya sauce
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons salt, as required
Instructions:
- Take a small bowl; add red chilies, tomatoes, and water; microwave them for 5 mins.
- Cool it add the mixture in the mixer grinder and make a paste.
- Heat a pan, add oil; Add chopped garlic sauté it for 1 min.
- Add the chili tomato paste, ginger garlic paste sauté for 2mins.
- Add pepper, tomato ketchup, soya sauce vinegar, and salt.
- Cook it for 3 mins, cool it and enjoy it with the momos.
