Montebello Artisan Organic Pasta = A Perfect Fall Comfort Food!

When I think of Fall I think of a beautiful harvest of fruit and sipping warm apple cider on a crispy day. Fall is my favorite time of year but it is also a very busy time of year with my children starting school and all of the Fall festivities that my family loves so much. In order to get through this busy time I like quick and wholesome dinners that I can make for my family. Here is one of my favorites featuring my new favorite pasta Montebello Organic Pasta.

Fall Pasta Salad

• 1 (8-ounce) package of Montebello Organic Pasta
• 1 cup chopped cooked rotisserie chicken
• 1 cup chopped apples
• 1 cup chopped pears
• 1/2 cup dried cranberries
• 1/2 cup chopped celery
• 1/2 cup chopped candied walnuts
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 3 tablespoons maple syrup
• 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
• 1 teaspoon salt

Add cooked pasta with ingredients and enjoy this wonderful easy Fall Pasta Salad on a beautiful brisk fall evening with your family!

I love Italian food and have since I was little. My husband on the other hand has a strong sensitivity to it because it's heavy. Pros: Montebello Artisan Organic Pasta is the best pasta I have ever had. I try to incorporate pasta dishes into my dinner times because too much meat during the week is not only expensive but not so healthy and quick to make. I would highly recommend this product to everyone! You will never experience a pasta dinner quite as good until you try Montebello pasta.

Cons: The only con I found is that it costs about $3 per box compared to the $2 you would normally spend on other brands. This was not an issue to me because it is heartier and my family tended to eat less. It is also great for leftovers, unlike the other brands of macaroni that become plastic like.
