Tuna Casserole Recipe

Are you looking to whoop up a quick dish? Well you can try a “TUNA CASSEROLE” it only takes a few minutes to prepare and then you can be well on your way to a smashing mouth watering, delicious meal.

Recipe

1 pack of shell or elbow macaroni

1 tin of tuna in water

1 tin of sweet whole grain corn

3 medium size tomatoes dices in cubes

½ of grated carrot

¼ onion grated

2 grated garlic

½ bundle of celery (not necessary)

1 sweet pepper or premento

Put macaroni into boiling water until cooked

(Add a little salt while water is boiling and some oil so that macaroni won’t stick together)

Open can of tuna and drain water from it, put into a deep sauce plate, add some lime juice to take away the fresh scent, a tip of salt, some black pepper and then add Mayonnaise until it tastes like a tuna paste.

After the macaroni is boiled strain and leave to cool when it is cool enough. Put a pot on the fire and add a little oil to fry all the vegetables mentioned above. Then add the macaroni and sprinkle some black pepper, noodles pack seasoning, all purpose seasoning and a piece of margarine / golden ray to flavor the pot. After add the tuna from sauce plate and then the corn, stir well. Then turn off fire and leave to cool before eating.

Please note that recipe may vary depending on your serving size/family/guest you may have to use more ingredients use your discretion.

I will certainly have to try this. I am not that crazy about tuna but can't say I dislike it, but this way you have so much else I think it would very good. Corn I would have never though of or even cooking the veggies.
