Mouth watering "TUNA CASSEROLE" Recipe
Tuna Casserole Recipe
Are you looking to whoop up a quick dish? Well you can try a “TUNA CASSEROLE” it only takes a few minutes to prepare and then you can be well on your way to a smashing mouth watering, delicious meal.
1 pack of shell or elbow macaroni
1 tin of tuna in water
1 tin of sweet whole grain corn
3 medium size tomatoes dices in cubes
½ of grated carrot
¼ onion grated
2 grated garlic
½ bundle of celery (not necessary)
1 sweet pepper or premento
Put macaroni into boiling water until cooked
(Add a little salt while water is boiling and some oil so that macaroni won’t stick together)
Open can of tuna and drain water from it, put into a deep sauce plate, add some lime juice to take away the fresh scent, a tip of salt, some black pepper and then add Mayonnaise until it tastes like a tuna paste.
After the macaroni is boiled strain and leave to cool when it is cool enough. Put a pot on the fire and add a little oil to fry all the vegetables mentioned above. Then add the macaroni and sprinkle some black pepper, noodles pack seasoning, all purpose seasoning and a piece of margarine / golden ray to flavor the pot. After add the tuna from sauce plate and then the corn, stir well. Then turn off fire and leave to cool before eating.
