Mussels in Sauces from Frozen
Not complicated. Cut open bag. Dump into pan cover. High heat for 4 minutes. Then, without uncovering pan, turn heat down to low and shake the pan. Cook covered for 3 more minutes.
Turn off burner. Scoop half of each onto two plates, separating different flavors with a knife and fork...keeping things fancy..smile.
Use fork to remove mussels. Enjoy. Note: You can eat the round pieces that connect the mussel to the shell.
