My Famous Corn Fritters- Yummy!
1 can of corn or 1-2 cups of frozen or fresh corn
2 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp baking powder
6 tbsp sugar
Stir together and then add enough flour where the consistancy is thick but not to thick. Deep fry at medium high into oil so that they can float- flipping once and cooking until golden brown 8-10 minutes. Drain on coffee filters and let cool for a couple of minutes. Serve with clear honey for dipping. Yum!!
