Glasses of Yummy Smoothies, Orange, Pineapple, Banana!

Ingredients
- 3 scoops Vanilla ice cream
- 3 scoops Orange sherbet
- 3 slivers fresh pineapple
- 1/2 banana
- 2-3 tablespoons strawberry or pineapple yogurt
- 3/4 cup coconut or almond or vanilla milk
- 1/2 cup Orange/tangerine juice
- 1 medium Orange
- 1/3-1/2 cup crushed ice, optional
- 1/2 teaspoon grated sea salt, optional
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon real vanilla extract
Making my smoothie
- put all ingredients in blender and mix for 20-30 seconds
- Then empty into large glasses, yields about 3 glasses... and don't forget to add your straws!
- Walla!!! Drink up quick, so very good!
Yum calories, I really don't know, but enjoy!
