What's the recipe today?
Well I might not be able to produce a recipe a day, but I will certainly be adding recipes as I find them
Mostly, the following recipes are diet friendly--well, they work for us and I hope tasty and nutritious too!
Anyway, as more recipes are added to my collection of hubs, I will be putting links to them in here.

It's quick and easy and can be adapted for cooking for bigger numbers
For Weightwatchers dieters, leave out the Parmesan, use extra lean meat and use veg or beef stock cubes instead of the wine for 8 points per serving.
Chinese pork with stir fried veg and noodles
Real authentic Chinese food is not that difficult. This one is pretty close and is really quick to put together.

Pork loin, pasta and cream cheese
This is real quick and easy and cooks in just slightly longer than it takes a pan of pasta to do.
Weightwatchers points work out at about 8 per serving.
