No Bake Peanut Butter Pie Bars Recipe

For your Recipe You Will Need

For Your Crust

1 Cup Oreo Cookie Crumbs in very small pieces

1/4 Cup Butter Melted

For Your Filling

4 Ounces Philadelphia Cream Cheese Softened

1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar

1/4 Cup Smooth Peanut Butter

1 Tablespoon Whole Milk

For Your Topping

1 Cup of Chocolate Chips

2 Tablespoons Butter

2 Teaspoons Light Brown Sugar

A few salted Peanuts chopped up fine.

How To Put It All Together

You will want to spray a 8 inch pan with non stick vegetable oil well and then line it with wax paper. Spray your wax paper with the non stick vegetable coating also.

In a bowl mix your crust ingredients together well and pat into your pan very well being sure to press down well. Place in the freezer for 30 minutes.

In a bowl mix your filling ingredients together well until the filling is fluffy. After 30 minutes take your pan out of the oven and pour your filling in on top of your crust. Put your pan back in the freezer while you put the topping together.

In a sauce pan over low heat melt your chocolate chips and stir your light brown sugar into the chocolate. Pour in on top of your filling and sprinkle the chopped up salted peanuts over the top. Put back in the freezer for one hour and then take it out and cut up into your bars. Turn out onto a plate and peel your wax paper off. You have just made one of the tastiest cookie bars or brownies you will ever eat.

You can cut these bar cookies up the size you want them. Wrap each bar with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator. These are excellent to go in your kids or husbands lunch.
