No more food high in calories for me..My X favorite foods
This is the best way to use leftover roast beef, or chicken or turkey or pork, just delicious
Pork was one of our favorite Sunday dishes in our house , my father used to love his roast pork
however, my Doctor told me to cut out these food high in calories, so how can I give up favorite foods...
Canned mushroom pieces with juice 10 0z
condensed cream of mushroom soup 10oz
sour cream 2 cups
water 3 cups
dry onion flakes 1/4 cup
beef bouillion powder 1/4cup
Parsley flakes 2tsp.
salt 1 tsp
water 1/2 cup
Cooked beef , cut in bite sizes pieces 4 cups
In large pot combine first 10 ingredients. Bring in a boil over meduim heat and simmer.
Mix cornstarch with water. Stir into simmering sauce, stirring until thickened.
Add cut beef, Stir to combine. Pour into large casserole or small roaster. bake uncovered in 350F oven for 45 minutes or more.
