Nutmeg Cookies
According to wikipedia, nutmeg is the seed or ground spice of several species of the genus Myristica. Nutmeg is used to treat various disorders, but it does not have any medicinal value (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/nutmeg, January 7, 2019).
Nutmeg is good for the following:

*it is anti-inflammatory

*helps with anxiety

Cook Time
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar, pack firmly
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven 350 degrees. Grease cookie sheet.
- In a bowl, cream the butter and brown sugar. Add the egg, milk, and vanilla. Stir together well.
- In another bowl, mix together the flour, rolled oats, nutmeg, baking powder, and salt. Add this mixture to the bowl with the butter. Stir well.
- Drop the dough by teaspoonful on a greased cookie sheet and bake for about 10 minutes. Take out of the oven and let cool on a cookie rack.
