Dining at Ocean Pizza in New London, Connecticut, is a new favorite tradition for my family. However, my mother took me for pizza there when I was a child. I also used to go for gyros, soup, and delicious menu choices during my lunch break at work.

Ocean Pizza has been owned by the same family since it opened in 1962.

In an article written by the New York Times in 2002, Ocean Pizza was recommended as the place to go for pizza in New London, Connecticut.

Here in Connecticut, we have many top picks for dining out. When it comes to pizza, Ocean Pizza is a fair contender. Their full menu includes seafood, pizza, grinders, wraps, steaks, Greek food, and Italian food.

They are known to local residents for huge portions and low prices!

Connecticut is home to amazing beaches. Rocky Neck in Niantic and Ocean Beach in New London are two beaches close by to Ocean Pizza.
