Plumy and Fluffy

PLUMY AND FLUFFY

You will need perfectly ripe plums for this fabulous and fruity, frothy and fluffy recipe. In fact the darker the plum, the better the colour.

SERVES 2

YOU WILL NEED

* A food processor

* 4 medium ripe plum, stoned

* 200ml/ 7 fl oz of ice cold milk

* 2 scoops of luxury vanilla ice cream

* a few crumbly oak biscuits to serve it with

METHOD:

Put the plums, milk and ice cream into a food processor and process until smooth and frothy. Finally pour into glasses and serve with crumbly oat biscuits on the side

Fluffy and lovely enjoy:-)
