Palak Pulao, Spinach Rice
Palak Pulao is an easy to make and healthy main dish. It is rich with Iron due to Palak(Spinach) and light for stomach as rice are made by removing starch. So all together a good treat for your taste buds and your body.
Palak Pulao, Spinach
- 1 Rice
- 1/2 Kg Palak (Spinache)
- As per taste Salt
- Oil
- 1/2 tsp Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
- 1 Long (Clove)
- 1 big cardamon
- 1 Tej Patta and dal cheeni
- As per taste Green chilly
Palak Pulao Instructions
- Rice - 1 bade bowl me water lijiye. Water Rice se triple hona chahiye. Ab gas par bowl ko rakh de and Water ko ubalane de. Side me Palak ko ache se pani se saaf kar le.
- Jab Water kafi ubal jaye to usme Rice daale and use bhi ubalane de. Thodi der baad pani k upar 1 white layer aane lagegi.
- Jab Rice almost cook ho gaya ho tab extra pani jisme white layer aa rhi he nikal de (drain kar de). kewal itna pani chhode jitna rice ko fully cook hone me chahiye.
- Jab tak rice ban rha he tab tak 1 dusra Pan le, usme Oil daal kar garam kare. Ab garam oil me jeera and sare khade masale ( Long, Badi ilayachi, Daal cheeni, Tej Patta) Daal de. Ab isme Palak Daal de aur use pakane de jab tak Palak sukhane na lage.
- Jab Palak Sukhane lage to usme cooked Rice daal kar mix kar le aur 5 min tak dheemi aanch me pakne de.
- Ab ache aroma k liye, isme ghee daal kar dhakkan laga de and gas band kar de.
- Palak Pulao is ready to serve.
