Pan seared Pork Chops with sauteed Onions and Salad

- 4 center cut pork chops, you can do bone-in
- 2 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 2 tsp Lemon-pepper Seasoning
- 1 tbsp butter
- Half of an onion, sliced, I used half of a half
- Salad Stuff
- Preheat a medium-large skillet on medium heat. Sprinkle one side of pork chops with half of the lemon-pepper and half of the Italian seasoning. Melt the butter, coating the bottom of the skillet. Place the pork chops seasoned size down. Sprinkle other side with the rest of the seasonings. Slice the onions and add to the skillet. Cook first side of pork chops about 5 minutes; flip and cook another 5 minutes. Assemble the salad... what ever you like to put in salad. Add a pork chop or two and top each with some of the onions.
