How to prepare Paneer Pulao

Paneer Pulao Recipe is an easy one to make and tastes great too. How to prepare Paneer Pulao? Given are the ingredients and method of preparation of this yummy pulav recipe.

Ingredients for Paneer Pulao Recipe:

  • 1 cup Basmati Rice washed and kept aside
  • 1 cup Paneer cut into cubes
  • ΒΌ cup beaten curd
  • 1 medium onion finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp garlic finely chopped
  • 1 tsp green chilli paste
  • 2 tbsp tomato puree
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  • chopped Coriander Leaves
  • Ghee
  • Oil
  • Salt (as required)

Method of Preparation of Paneer Pulav

Heat the Oil and Butter in a Pressure Cooker and add chopped onion, grated ginger, chopped garlic and green chilli paste and fry for a few minutes. Now add the tomato puree and paneer cubes and cook for some time. In the mean while boil to cups of water in another vessel. Once the paneer is cooked add the coriander leaves, garam masala, salt and beaten curd and mix well. Add 2 cups of hot water and the Basmati Rice washed and kept aside and close the lid of the cooker. When the rice is cooked, remove from heat and serve hot with Papad and spicy curry.
