Delicious Easy Homemade Peanut Butter Crisscross Cookies and Frosting Recipes.
Easy Homemade Peanut Butter
The cookies on this hub are easy homemade peanut butter cookies. Peanut Butter Crisscrosses cookies are my husband’s favorite cookies and he makes these all the time. They are so good. You can eat them plain or add some frosting. They're good both ways.
They're also the cookies the kids look for when stopping by home.
We use to make them for the bake sale at school. I always put frosting on them. At that time, it was just white frosting. I later started decorating them especially if it's Christmas or Halloween time. They sell better. Kids love the bright colored cookies and so do mother's that are buying them. I now frost the easy way with canned icing.
I have the cook time as ten minutes. It's ten minutes per batch of cookies.

Making a rose flower for the top of your Delicious Easy Homemade Peanut Butter Crisscross Cookie Recipe.
Use the rosette tip that comes with the Betty Crocker Cupcake Icing can. Start your icing in the center of the cookie and apply pressure using the rosette tip slowly move your tip in a circle around the center point, then loop around one more time. You want to fill the top of the cookie. The frosting comes with four tips.
If your not into roses just frost the tops.
If you don't want to buy the canned icing you can use this recipe to decorate the cookies. My roses aren’t the greatest, but it gives some color to the cookies and that frosting that all kids like.
Butter Cream Icing:
1/2 cup butter
1 tsp. vanilla
5 cups confectioners sugar
3-4 Tablespoons milk
Cream all ingredients together. Add your sugar one cup at a time on low. Mix for 4 minutes until thick and creamy. Use a pastry bag fitted with rosette to make the roses.
