      Hi Felina, yes this is delicious in an open sandwich but equally nice as a salad. Roquefort dressing;

      process together; 1 small garlic clove, 1 small shallot,1 tablespoon red wine vinegar, 1 teaspoon worcester sauce.

      Add;quarter cup mayo,quarter cup sour cream, 2 tablespoons milk. Process until smooth and then add about quarter 1b crumbled roquefort. Season with salt/pepper. Voila! enjoy. Also lovely over beef steak. Thanks for the follow and sunny side up explanation! Best wishes Linda

      Nice simple recipe with good presentation. I will try it. Do you know a good Roquefort salad dressing? Oh by the way sunny side up just means fried eggs that are not turned. Typical yank thinking everyone understands our slang. Sorry for that. Cheers I will check out more of your hubs. Felina
